The restaurant is open from Wednesday to Friday at lunchtime and from Wednesday to Saturday in the evening.
On Sunday lunchtime, we organise a brunch.
Built in 1927 by the ZURSTRASSEN family, the famous lords of the Verviers wool, our beautiful manor became, in 1989, the restaurant under the management of chef Michel Lafarque († 2003) and his wife Agnes. It was a period of Michelin stars and the walls remember the large and sumptuous gourmet meals, washed down with bottles as good as prestigious. All served on double topping by butlers and waiters.
Our wish is to revive the pride of the region with an excellent quality / price ratio. The products we use are carefully chosen for their quality, their proximity and their traceability. Our inspiration comes from multiple sources: the use of seasonal ingredients, the recipes of our grandmothers, and the work of local farmers and regional artisans. We support fair trade and of course we have to defend the heart of biodiversity and the protection of endangered species.
With a 50 persons-capacity, we can ensure your private meals for family outings as well as your business meals. A small room overlooking the park can accommodate 16 people for a meal, or up to 65 people for a conference. Feel free to ask us to make you an offer for your meetings or events.
When the weather permits, we will serve food and drinks on the terrace. During the pause of the kitchen staff, a small menu of snacks will calm your hunger on the terrace or in the lounge, all accompanied by a beer or your favorite beverage. Our wine cellar offers both traditional wines carefully selected as the most prestigious bottles from around the world.
